Ferović Fazlić, Alma graduated music theory and poedagogy from the Music Academy UNSA, and after received her master's degree from the Royal Academy of Music in London Musical Theatre Department, as the first Bosnian national to date. Since 2021. she holds master's degree in music theory and pedagogy. She is the recipient of the honorary award Associate of the Royal Academy of Music for 2020, as well as the University of Sarajevo Award for special contribution in the arts in 2021. Pedagogical practice includes a nine-year collaborative engagement on the subject Music and Stage Projects at Music Academy UNSA, and since 2018 she has been teaching Voice at the UNSA Academy of Performing Arts, where she is senior teaching assistant. Her pedagogical work was awarded in 2021 at the Academy of Performing Arts UNSA. Today, she is active as a performer, musical director and vocal coach in the field of musical theatre. She is the founder of musical theatre scene in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she produced musicals Grease, Footloose, Annie, Dirty Dancing, Flashdance and London Story -Oliver. Since 2023, she is PhD student at the Music Academy UNSA, researching the field of music education for actors. Since 2o22, she is in the process of becoming an Estill Master Trainer for Estill Voice International. She is the founder of iMTM Sarajevo, and since 2023 she is appointed as an international music theatre evaluator for the RSL Awards London. Her performing experience includes musicals and concert tours in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, India and Canada. She is a visiting professor at drama academies including ADU Zagreb and RADA London.
